🚨

One-Touch Emergency Help

Large SOS button—or one press of your SOS pendant—uses your existing cell phone to instantly send SMS alerts to all your emergency contacts with your exact location and medical information. On Android, the in-app SOS button also calls 911 directly; on iPhone, you confirm the 911 call with one additional tap (an Apple OS requirement). Your family can immediately call you, assess the situation, and call 911 on your behalf if needed. Your family knows immediately.

📿

SOS Pendant — Always Protected

Wear it around your neck and press the button anytime you need help—as long as your phone is within Bluetooth range (about 30 feet) and the ElderAssist app is running. Ideal for in-home protection. When pressed, it uses your existing cell phone to instantly send SMS alerts to all your emergency contacts with your exact location and medical information. Due to mobile operating system restrictions, the pendant cannot place automated 911 calls—your family receives the alert and can call you right away, assess the situation, and call 911 on your behalf with full context. Around $20, no monthly fees, no extra costs, and no cellular service needed. Just the pendant and your ElderAssist subscription.
